Nomura Orient International Securities Co., Ltd.
Nomura Orient International Securities Co., Ltd. (NOI) was approved for establishment by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in March 2019. In November 2019, NOI obtained the license to operate securities business. It is one of the first foreign-controlled securities companies approved for establishment after the CSRC issued the "Administrative Measures for Foreign-Invested Securities Companies" on April 28, 2018.
Since its establishment, NOI has consistently expanded its business presence in China, opening branches in major cities across the country. On March 27, 2020, the Nomura Orient International Huaihai Middle Road Branch officially opened at Shanghai Central Plaza. Currently, NOI has branch offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
